Recruitment: Join the hsd team

A new opportunity has arisen for a candidate with media project coordination experience to join hsd.

Primary Duties:

  • Produce and maintain project documentation
  • Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to internal staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers
  • Attend internal meetings, take notes and ensure they are copied to the relevant people and filed correctly
  • Ensure all project teams are kept up to date about project status and identify issues that may impact client relations
  • Arrange and manage travel and accommodation within allocated budgets
  • Manage own workload to ensure tasks are completed to required deadlines


You will need to be IT literate to a good standard, especially with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project would be an advantage.

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • The ability to work under pressure when necessary
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to help and learn
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
